I returned a faulty assure lock 2 (with fingerprint and WiFi module) and replaced with a new one. I did not know I had to factory reset the faulty lock before returning it. Now I can’t use some auto features on the new-installed lock because it’s enabled on the old one. How do I remove/delete the old lock from my account if I no longer have it to perform a reset?

I have my Assure Lock 2 setup and working on my iPhone and I'm trying to set it up on my wife's iPhone. However; I keep getting "turn on Bluetooth" message when I press the 'start setup' option. Bluetooth is on on her phone and I have tried removing batteries in lock to reset. Still getting same thing. What else can I try? Also, if I reset to factory setting will that remove all the codes, etc. I have setup within the app on my phone?

To resolve the "turn on Bluetooth" message when setting up the Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch on your wife's iPhone, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the device. You can do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth and toggling it on. Additionally, make sure the Yale Access App has permission to use Bluetooth by checking Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth and enabling access for the app.
Regarding factory resetting the lock, resetting it to factory settings will remove all user codes, including the master code, and clear all Z-Wave™ network settings. However, if the device is unenrolled/excluded from the network through the device menu mode, the user code database and configuration settings will not be reset to default values.
