Clean the inside and outside of the pump.

Replace all seals and guide elements.
4.
Replace damaged pump components as necessary.

Assemble the pump. Apply a thin and even layer of lubricant to the follow-
ing surfaces:

Specially designated areas must be treated according to drawing indica-
tions.

Check the pump.
This includes the following maintenance work:

If the pump has passed all tests, the repair is complete.
Maximator devices can be sent in for repairs to your local Maximator representa-
tive. All the necessary details are available on the Maximator website http://

Spare parts and consumables
Risk of injury due to inappropriate spare parts!
Making repairs using inappropriate spare parts can lead to accidents resulting in
severe injuries or death.
► Only use spare parts that comply with Maximator specifications.
A list of the available spare parts, spare part kits and consumables can be found
on the general drawing.

A variety of special accessories are available for the liquefied gas pump.
Please consult with our sales department.
The tools used for the products are continuously being updated and supplement-
ed.
An overview of the currently available tools is accessible upon request when con-
tacting the Maximator customer service.
