Procedure for requesting support

For support, please contact one of the authorised centres (Italy) or our branches/distributors (outside Italy). When requesting
technical support concerning the machine, cite the data on the identification plate, and the serial number in particular, and
describe the conditions of access and the area around the machine.
In your request, indicate the approximate hours of use and the fault detected. In case of alarm, indicate the alarm message
number.

3.2 Machine identification

3.2.1

Designation and identification plate

Designation: the alphanumerical code of the machine model, which is given on the identification plate, represents precise
technical specifications which are indicated in the figure shown.
Identification plate: the machine type can be found on the label attached directly to the machine. The label provides the
reference data and all the essential information required to ensure safe operation
