Chapter VI Maintenance

6.1 Software trouble shooting

1. Can not find device, Can not find camera
Please check the connection between the machine and PC and make sure the power is on.

2. Camera Init Fail
There are two software running on the computer or the camera is broken.
3. Can not focus
The distance is too far away, please focus by hand.
4. Can not open Excel
Make sure Microsoft office is installed on this machine.
5. Excel find opened excel files.
The files had been opened, please kill all excel process in task manager and restart the
software.
6. Can not find USB Lock
Please check the connection between the machine and PC, and make sure the power is on. If
the power is on and the connection is good, then the USB lock may be broken.
