ROC_Y——radius of curvature on Y-direction
ROC Fiber——radius of curvature of each fiber
Angle_X——angle on X-direction
Angle_Y——angle on Y-direction
FiberHeight——height between fiber and ferrule.
DH.Adj—— height difference between two fibers nearby.
DH.Ave——height difference between fiber and average fiber height.
CoreDip——height difference between fiber core and fiber. If it is positive the core is lower
than fiber. The single fiber core does not consider with the core-dip in judgment.
Roughness (Rq&Rq)——Roughness of the surface. Ra, Rq represent different calculation.
Tilt_X——the fiber tilt angle on X direction
Tilt_Y——the fiber tilt angle on Y direction
Max.DH.All——max different height between highest fiber and lowest fiber
Max.DH.Ave——max value of DH.ave
Max.DH.Adj——max value of DH.adj
Fiber Slope X——the angle of fiber height difference on X direction
Fiber Slope Y——the angle of fiber height difference on Y direction
Flatness Deviation——flatness difference between standard platform and ferrule
