Using Audible Diagnosis to
Diagnose Issues
Follow the instructions below to use the audible
diagnosis method.
• Launch the LG ThinQ application and select the
Smart Diagnosis feature in the menu. Follow
the instructions for audible diagnosis provided
in the LG ThinQ application.

Press and hold the Speed Up and Speed Down
button for 3 seconds to execute the Smart
Diagnosis function.

Place your smartphone near the product.
• Make sure the microphone of the
smartphone faces the front of the product.

When data transmission is complete, the smart
diagnosis result will be displayed on the LG
ThinQ Application.
NOTE
• For accurate diagnosis, do not move the
smartphone away from the product until the
beeping stops
• Keep quiet around the product during Smart
Diagnosis
