the target temperature, the product operates as
follows:
- The heater inside the product starts working.

• Excessive electricity bills may result if heating is
used for a long time. (Rated power consumption
during heating : 1500W)
• When you stop and restart heating, the product
will start at the last set temperature.
• Heating auto-block function: heating can work
continuously for up to 8 hours, but it turns off
automatically after 8 hours of operation. If you
want to restart it, press the Heating button to
restart heating. If you want to set the duration of
heating to less than 8 hours, you can use the LG
ThinQ Application to set the duration from 1 to 8
hours.
• Residual heat removal function: When you turn
off the power during heating, the residual heat
removal works to get rid of the residual heat
inside the product.

• During heating, there may be an odor from the
heat generated in the air outlet. Rest assured
that the odor will naturally disperse over time.
• Rest assured that the following types of noise
are not a sign of a malfunction:
- Noises that sound like 'tick', 'click', or 'pop' may
be generated from contraction and expansion
due to temperature differences in the plastic.
- Noises that sound like 'clang', 'ting', or 'clank'
may be generated from contraction and
expansion due to the temperature differences
in the heater.
- Noises that sound like 'clunk' or 'phut' may be
generated by the heater switch operating
during heating.

Using the Extra Functions

Setting the Sleep Timer
Set the timer so that operation stops automatically
after the product has operated for a specific time.
• Press the Sleep Timer button during operation
to set the Sleep Timer in the order of 1H(Turn off
1 Hour Later) ~ 12H(Turn off 12 Hours Later)

NOTE
• When the sleep timer is set, the product will
operate with level 1 for display brightness and
rotation stops. (However, if the display
brightness is set to Off before the sleep timer is
set, the screen brightness will remain OFF.)
• When the sleep timer is set, the fan speed will be
adjusted to Sleep which is the lowest fan speed,
and after a set period of time, the fan speed will
be adjusted automatically according to the air
quality. (Noise levels may change according to
the fan speed.)
• You can change the fan speed, display
brightness, and rotation even while the sleep
timer is set.
• When the sleep timer is set, press the Sleep
Timer button on the remote controller once
again to cancel the sleep timer.
Setting the Standby Screen
It displays a variety of indoor air information.
• Press the Information Display button on the
remote controller to set the desired standby
screen in the order of Air Quality
