3. (Using the Riser Pads under the Platforms to elevate the lift frame a tad will make this step easier.)
Using a Phillips Screwdriver & Wrench or Socket, remove all three Caster Wheels to insert Spacer
Plates under each caster base. Retighten Casters & Spacers to lift frame base with same hardware.
4. On the Gearbox end, remove Dowel Pin from the Safety Lock Bar by removing the Cotter Pin,
Washer, Spacer. (Dowel Pins will be replaced with a longer one provided in Kit.)
5. Place a Floor Rail on the bottom of lift frame so that the holes for the removed dowel pin are aligned
together. Reassemble Floor Rail to lift by inserting longer 'kit' Pin, along with Spacer, Washers &
Cotter Pins. Ensure Safety Bar & Rail are aligned. Repeat Floor Rail assembly for opposite side.
Ensure the other end
of Floor Rail is
correctly positioned
over main lift wheel.
This end of Floor Rail
does not attach to lift.
