Adjust hex nuts on eye bolt to extend or

retract eye bolt until safety cable is tensioned
and slack is removed (see Figure 18).
IMPORTANT: Safety cable must be taut for
safety cable switch to function correctly.

Verify safety cable switch can be activated by

pushing or pulling safety cable. Safety cable
reset button should audibly "click" when safe-
ty cable is pushed/pulled (see Figure 19).
Note: Safety cable switch is active when
reset button is flush against switch. Pull reset
button out to deactivate safety cable switch
(see Figure 20).

— If safety cable switch does activate, pro-
ceed to Step 9.
— If safety cable switch does not activate,
increase tension on safety cable and
repeat Step 8.
Remove any protective shipping material on
