If you cannot find a solution to the problem

Possible cause
Child Safety Device or Lock oper‐
ates.
The flame does not light up in 3 at‐
tempts.
Burner cap or crown are placed in‐
correctly.
Metal part of the flame safety device
is dirty (Refer to "Care and clean‐
ing").
The electrical connection is incor‐
rect.
The hob is too hot.

To reset the warning
turn on again the hob. When the dis‐
play function
reappears, after
light animation, touch
seconds.
When you see
the warning is re‐
set.
Disconnect the hob from the electri‐
cal supply. Ask a qualified electri‐
cian to check the installation.
Wait a few minutes for cool down
the hob. If possible, put the large
cookware on the rear burners.
Wait for 30 minutes and follow the
same procedure as if warning
appeared.
If the problem persist, contact an
Authorised Service Centre.
