8.1 What to do if...
Problem
You cannot activate or operate the
hob.
The sliders begin to blink, the power
level is reduced to the minimum
(level 1) and locked.
An acoustic signal sounds and the
hob deactivates.

Check if the hob is correctly connec‐
ted to the electrical supply. Refer to
the connection diagram.

of the malfunction. If the fuse is
blown again and again, contact a
qualified electrician.
Check the gas connection.
Activate the hob again and set the
heat setting in less than 50 seconds.
Touch only one sensor field.
Clean the control panel.
Refer to "Daily use".
Wait a while for the hob to cool
down.
Remove the object from the sensor
fields.
