Storing preset stations
Snooze
Twenty stations can be preset, five each on LW and MW,
and (using the FM SHIFT function) ten on the FM band.
1. Find the desired station.
2. Press MEMOJTIME SET and the display shows
MEMORY.
3. Press the AMJFM PRESETS button under which you
want to store the station. To store an FM station on
presets 6-1 0, press FM SHIFT first.

Press the MODE button until the display shows CLOCK.
2. Hold down the MEMOJTIME SET button.
3. While holding down MEMOJTIME SET, set the desired
"hours" by pressing the left-hand TUNING button.
4. While still holding down MEMOJTIME SET, set the
desired "minutes" by pressing the right-hand TUNING
button. Release MEMOJTIME SET.
If you want to display the alarm time or the station
frequency when the radio is on, press MODE.
Setting the alarm (timer)

1. Press the MODE button until the display shows ON
TIME.
2. Hold down the MEMOJTIME SET button.
3. While holding down MEMOJTIME SET, set the desired
"hours" by pressing the left-hand TUNING button.
4. While still holding down MEMOKIME SET, set the
desired "minutes" by pressing the right-hand TUNING
button. Release MEMOJTIME SET.
If you want to display the clock or the station frequency
when the radio is on, press MODE.
Sleep timer
1. Set the ONISTANDBY switch to STANDBY.
2. Press the SLEEP button. The receiver comes on. After
90 minutes, the receiverswitches off automatically. To
select a time other than 90 minutes, hold down the
SLEEP button until the required time is displayed
(intervals of ten minutes).
To switch off the receiver manually before the "sleep" time
ias expired, press the SLEEP button.
The sleep timer does not affect the operation or setting of
:he alarm function.
Wake-up alarm
1
1. Set the desired wake-up time.
2. Select the required station and adjust the volume to an
appropriate level.
When the receiver has been switched on by the wake-up
alarm function, press SNOOZE. The wake-up alarm
function is then suspended for about nine minutes.
If the SNOOZE function is not used, the receiverswitches
off automatically after about two hours.
