Route the vehicle belt

only on the side opposite
of the vehicle buckle.
IMPORTANT:
vehicle belt through BOTH
type 1 guides. Only the
guide opposite the vehicle
buckle should be used.
Slide the lap vehicle belt

into the forward-facing
belt paths.
7. Buckle the vehicle belt.
NOTE: Ensure the vehicle
belt is not twisted.
Pull slack through the

type 1 guide.
Push down into the

vehicle seat bight
with moderate force
(approx. 45 lbs/20.4 kg),
compressing the vehicle
seat while tightening the
vehicle belt.
Ensure car seat base is
flat on vehicle seat and
is parallel to vehicle
seat.
NOTE: Make sure that the
vehicle belt is locked as
directed by your vehicle
owner's manual.
10. Close the ClickTight
over the vehicle belt.
