When operating your power tool at a low speed for a long
time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes To do it, set
a maximum speed and leave your power tool to run idle
Soft start
Soft start enables smooth start of power tools - no
jump-like load is imposed on the motor upon switching
Recommendations on the power tool
operation
• Switch the power tool on before the accessory
touches the workpiece
• Smoothly move the power tool forward without
bending or pushing During operation move the
power tool from to side to prevent the accessory from
overheating
• Never press the tool - working requires certain time
Extra pressure will overload the power tool rather than
facilitate the operation
During sawing and cutting always push
the power tool away from oneself. Do not
hold the power tool with one hand during
operation, press the workpiece or hold
the workpiece with the other hand.
Sawing (see fig. 9)
• Select the high vibration frequency for sawing
• Before starting the sawing with high carbon saw
blades remove any metal objects - nails, staples, bolt
screws, etc from the workpiece
• Flush sawing (see fig. 9.2, when sawing starts not
from the edge of the workpiece) can be completed
only in the case of sawing soft materials, for example,
wood, gypsum board, etc Special practical skills are
required to perform this type of job
Scraping (see fig. 10.1)
• Select high the vibration frequency for scraping
• In order to prevent the cutting-in of the scraper 11 in
the processed material, please observe the following
recommendations:
• in the case of the treatment of soft surfaces (for
example, wood) hold the power tool on a small angle
and do not apply excessive pressure;
• the scraper 11 sharpening surface must be always
turned towards the processed workpiece
Sanding (see fig. 10.2)
• Select the required vibration frequency for sanding
depending on the processed material
• Select the type of the sanding sheet 13 and its grit
correctly in order to get the desirable sanding result
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
• Prior to commencement of work one should perform
test sanding on an unnecessary element (made of
the same material or with the same coating as the
machined component) to ensure that the coarseness
and type of sanding sheet 13, as well as the oscillation
frequency of the sanding plate 14 have been selected
properly
• Always use the full surface of sanding plate 14 when
sanding flat surfaces. When sanding in the corners or
hard-to-reach places, operation with the use of the
sanding plate 14 angle or edge is permitted
• Do not reuse sanding sheets that were previously
used for sanding metal for any other materials
Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean Regularly
flush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 6

also be found under: www.crown-tools.com
Transportation of the power tools
• Categorically not to drop any mechanical impact on
the packaging during transport
• When unloading / loading is not allowed to use any
kind of technology that works on the principle of clamp-
ing packaging
Environmental protection
Recycle raw materials instead of dispos-
ing as waste.
Power tool, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment-friendly
recycling
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling
These instructions are printed on recycled paper man-
ufactured without chlorine
