are included as standard delivery.
Installation and regulation of power tool
elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening ele-
ments too tight to avoid damaging the
thread.
Additional handle (see fig. 1)
It's recommended to use the additional handle 3 when
operating� Additional handle 3 may be positioned as
deemed comfortable by the user�
• Unscrew additional handle 3 as shown on fig. 1.
• Screw additional handle 3 into another threaded
opening�
Mounting / replacement of accessories (see fig. 2-6)
In the event of extended use the accesso-
ry may become very hot - extract it while
wearing protective gloves.
• Open the locking lever 2 as shown onto fig. 2.1.
• Install / replace the accessory� Take care that locat-
ing pins of the tool holder 1 fit tightly in the locating
bores of the accessory�
• You can mount the accessory in the position most
suitable for operation, e�g� perpendicular to the body
axis� Attention! it is forbidden to install the acces-
sory in such a way that the working part of the ac-
cessory is directed towards the operator.
• Accessories with a bend (saw blades, scrapers,
etc�) must be installed with the bend downwards�
• The locking lever 2 is equipped with a guard that pre-
vents fingers from being pinched. Before fully lowering
the locking lever 2, move the safety lever 16 as shown
onto fig. 3.1 (it's allows you to close the locking lever 2)�
• Close the locking lever 2 as shown onto fig. 3.2.
• Accessories of other types are mounted in the same
way (see fig. 4). Attention! do not mount if the ac-
cessory is fastened with less than two pins of the
tool holder 1.
• To install accessories that have an open type mount,
you must use the washer 8 (see fig. 5-6).
Mounting / dismantling the vacuum cleaner
adapter (see fig. 7)
Note: the vacuum adapter cleaner 9 is
suitable for use with sanding accessories
only.
• Install the adapter 9 as shown in figure 7.1 (both
latches of the adapter 9 should click into place)�
• Connect the vacuum cleaner to the adapter 9 (see
fig. 7.2).
• Disassembly operations do in reverse sequence�
Mounting / dismounting of sanding sheet (velcro
type) (see fig. 8)
• Position the power tool so that sanding plate 14 is
pointed upwards (see fig. 8).
• In the case of changing the sanding sheet, lift the
brim of used sanding sheet 13 and remove it pulling
the brim further�
• Firmly press new sanding sheet 13 against the
surface of sanding plate 14� Attention: when pressing
the sheet, ensure that the sanding sheet 13 remains
properly placed on sanding plate 14� After having
finally attached the new sanding sheet 13 the
apertures in the sheet and sanding plate 14 should
match�
Initial operating of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power tool on / off
Switching on:
Move on / off switch 4 forward ("ON" position).
Switching off:
Move on / off switch 4 backward ("OFF" position).
Dust suction during the power tool op-
eration
Dust collection decreases dust concentra-
tion in the air and prevents build up of dust
at the work station when performing sanding
work�
Always use a vacuum cleaner suitable for dedusting
the work materials while performing sanding works�
Connect the vacuum cleaner to adapter 9 when per-
forming sanding work�
Design features of the power tool
Speed selector thumbwheel
You can select the required vibration frequency (includ-
ing in the process of work) with the help of the speed
selector thumbwheel 7�
The necessary vibration frequency depends on the
processed material, operating conditions and may be
determined by practical testing�
