If you detect any leaks or malfunction, replace the WEH
for maintenance. Stop using the WEH
The following maintenance steps may be carried out by the operator:
Î
Inspect the fueling nozzle for leak tightness and correct function – ease of move-
ment, sufficient lubrication with substances approved by WEH for this application
(see Chapter 10. Lubrication on page 28), wear, contamination, damage.
9�4�1 Replacement of impact protection (Pos� 1) of the TK16 H
Î Remove the
impact protection (Pos. 1)
from the fueling nozzle. If
necessary, use the slotted
screwdriver to remove the
impact protection.
Î
If present, remove the adhe-
sive residues and clean the
surface of the fueling nozzle.
Î
Degrease the surface with
the
WEH Degreasing spray
®
part no. E99-9.
Î
Apply a thin layer of
WEH Adhesive,
®
Part No. E99-35, within the
recess of the fueling nozzle.
Î Attach the new
impact protection (Pos. 1).
Operating instructions

Product immediately.
