Turn the power ON.

Keys or controls to be used in this operation
B can be switched by operating the SPEAKERS A and
B keys as described below.
For the speaker connection method:

cs The sound output from SPEAKERS A and SPEAKERS

A,BOFF
; The speakers do not output sound. Use this position when
listening sound through headphones, etc
AON
The speakers connected to the SPEAKERS A terminals on
the rear panel output sound
A OFF
The speakers connected to SPEAKERS A, center speaker
and sub-woofer do not output sound
BON
The speakers connected to the SPEAKERS B terminals on
the rear panel output sound
A,B ON
The speakers connected to the SPEAKERS A and B termi-
nals on the rear panel output sound simultaneously
@When the surround mode is entered while both SPEAKERS
A and B are
ON, SPEAKERS B are turned OFF automatically
If the SPEAKERS B key is pressed at this time, SPEAKERS B are turned
ON, and the surround mode is canceled
@When
the surround mode
is entered while SPEAKERS
B are ON,
SPEAKERS 8B are turned OFF automaticaliy, SPEAKERS A are turned
ON and surround play starts.
INPUT SELECTOR
Play the selected source.
Gi Adjust the volume.
The input sources are switched in the following order:
*1: Switching the VIDEO1 display to TAPE1 or MD display
When a KENWOOD cassette deck or MD recarder is connected in the
[SL16] system control mode, the VIDEO 1 input should be switched to
the TAPE1
or MD input with the following operation
@Select VIDEO1
with the INPUT SELECTOR.
