In the event of a malfunction, contact Customer Service.
When contacting Customer Service, please quote the model, serial
number (SN), and material number (mat. no.) of your machine. This in-
formation can be found on the data plate. The data plate is visible in
the door ring when the drum door is open, or on the back of the ma-
chine at the top:

Please also tell Customer Service the fault message that appears on
the machine display.
Use only original Miele spare parts. Customer Service will also re-
quire the model, serial number (SN), and material number (mat. no.)
when ordering.
