ASSEMBLY STEP 1 ASSEMBLY MATERIAL Connect the columns (1) using the connection frame (2) and 8x bolts (31), 2x plates (9), 8x washers (42) and 8x nuts (41). Attach the weight bar holder (8) to the columns (1) with 8x bolts (34), 8x washers (35), 8x washers (37), and 8x nuts (36).

STEP 2 ASSEMBLY MATERIAL Connect the seat frame (4) to the front pillar (5) using 2x bolts (32), 2x washers (44), 2x washers (42) and 2x nuts (41). Attach the seat frame (4) to the connection frame (2) using the plate (9), 4x bolts (31), 4x washers (42) and 4x nuts (41).

STEP 3 ASSEMBLY MATERIAL Attach the leg curl frame (7) to the seat frame (4) using the axis (28), 2x bolts (38) and 2x washers (42). Attach the backrest support (6) to the seat frame (4) with the bolt (33), 2x washers (42) and nut (41). Slide the foam roller bars (12 and 13) as shown.

STEP 4 ASSEMBLY MATERIAL Place the backrest adjustment bar (3) on the barbell bar holder (8). Attach the backrest (11) to the backrest frame (6) with 4x bolts (39) and 4x washers (43). Attach the seat (10) to the seat frame (4) with 4x bolts (40) and 4x washers (43).

STEP 5 ASSEMBLY MATERIAL Attach the end caps (27) to all nuts. Attach the safety sleeves (25) as shown. Attach the foam rollers (15) and then the end caps (16) to the foam roller bars. Attach the safety sleeves (29 and 30) to the weight plate spike.
