Convection fan
Convection baking uses a fan to circulate the oven's heat
evenly and continuously within the oven.
This improved heat distribution allows for even cooking
and excellent results using multiple racks at the same
time.
Cooling fan
The cooling fan runs during all cooking modes.
Familiarizing yourself with your appliance en-us
The fan can be heard when it is running, and warm air
may be felt as it is released from the oven vent. The fan
may also run after the oven is off.
Oven vents
Warm air may be released from the oven vents before,
during and after cooking. It is normal to see steam
escaping from the vents, and condensation may collect in
this area. This area may be warm when the oven is in use.
CAUTION
The oven vents are important for air circulation. Covering
the oven vents will cause the oven to overheat. Refer to
the appliance overview for the location of the oven vents.
