how do I connect to TeleCare to enable me to use the full capabilities of my NHS Stretta Aya M hearing aids? The Specsavers at Filton are unable to help.

To connect your Signia NHS Stretta Aya M hearing aids to TeleCare:

1. Receive the Text Message: Your Hearing Care Professional will register you for TeleCare and send a text message to the mobile number you provided. This message contains a direct download link to the Signia App and a 6-digit connection code.

2. Download the Signia App: Tap the link in the text message, which will redirect you to the app store for your device (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android). Download the Signia App.

3. Put Hearing Aids in Pairing Mode:
- For battery-operated hearing aids: Open and close the battery door.
- For rechargeable hearing aids: Place the hearing aids in their charger and remove them.

4. Activate Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is active on your smartphone by going to the settings menu.

5. Pairing Window: Your hearing aids will stay in pairing mode for three minutes. Use this time to follow the app instructions to complete the connection.

My wife and I both have Signia Stretta hearing aids but neither can sustain Bluetooth connection when we are in close proximity. Both have been properly paired by a hearing aid professional.
