This section of Torpedo Remote sets hardware preference parameters of Captor X SE including audio
latency, MIDI mapping, the white LED indicators on the front panel of the unit and more. You will also
find the serial number of the unit, as well as the current instantiated firmware version. Here, you can
also define the reference point for the TUNER - by default, it is set at 440 hz.
1. MIDI
Captor X SE has been specified to accept both preset change commands (Program Change or PC) and
parameter change commands (Control Change or CC), providing immediate access to interact with all
parameters on the unit from any kind of standard MIDI controller - like a MIDI pedalboard or a
keyboard. Within the setup manager window, you are able to configure the following:
Define whether Captor X SE will receive Program Change and/or Control Change commands. For
example, if you plan to use the preset switching (PC) only, the CC receive can be set to Off.
Define the MIDI channel that the unit is set to receive. Here you can choose to receive all
