Creating a preset with a 3rd-party IR The Captor X SE can load up to 512 IRs. All imports of IRs are actioned via Torpedo Remote through the IR MANAGER tab (via computer only). Upon upload into the Captor X SE, the IR’s length can be set to 20, 40, 100 or 200 ms long.

    2.1 Silent use The Torpedo Captor X SE is a reactive load box. This allows you to play your tube amp without using a cabinet - perfect for recording or practicing at any time of the day or night. For this scenario type, connect your amp to the SPEAKER IN of Captor X SE and listen to your tube amp via the headphone output, or via monitors connected to the dual XLR DI outputs.
