PREPARING FOR USE
If the straight edge is not centered, using
the 4 mm Allen wrench (O), loosen the
securing screws on the bottom of base (B)
Move the vise assembly forward or back
until the straight edge lines up to the guard
securing screw (F), referencing the grinding
wheel wear reference marks (20)
Using the 4 mm Allen wrench (O), tighten the
securing screws on the bottom of base (B)

CHECKING THE GRINDING WHEEL SHAPE
With the machine turned off, check the
grinding wheel (M) profile using the
measuring template (N); if necessary, dress
the wheel to restore the correct profile
GRINDING WHEEL DRESSING
Wear personal protection equipment
Start the grinder by turning the
switch to position "l"
Profile the grinding wheel with the dressing
brick (Q), always working with extreme caution,
holding it with two hands firmly and effectively
WARNING Contact with the grinding
wheel while it spins at high speed may
cause burning and abrasions
