Bench chain grinder

REMOVE FLANGE

Using the 5 mm Allen wrench (P), remove

the grinding wheel ﬂange screw (4) and the

grinding wheel ﬂange (5) from the hub

INSTALL GRINDING WHEEL

Insert and perfectly center the grinding wheel

(M) in the dedicated seat on the hub (3)

REINSTALL FLANGE

Using the 5 mm Allen wrench, insert the

ﬂange (5) and tighten the screw (4)

Make sure you ﬁt the ﬂange as illustrated If the

grinding wheel is ﬁtted with the ﬂange too tight,

it could break during use and put the operator at

risk To avoid such risk, tighten screw (4) to 62 in-

lbs (7 Nm) If possible, check with a torque wrench

REINSTALL ARBOR SHIELD

Using the 4 mm Allen wrench (O),

reinstall the arbor shield (H), with a

guard securing screw (F) in hole (2)
