Problem
Heat does not turn on
Flame effect does not turn on
In some cases, the display
an error code followed by an
X to indicate which sump(s)
registered the error.
For example, where there are
three ame modules and the
middle one is affected, the
display will ash the error code,
followed by _X_.

Press and hold
same time on the hidden touch
controls for 3 seconds to disable
or enable the heat function.
If installation with heat is desired,
reinstall jumper wire on main
board if available or purchase new
main board.

blockage. Allow the unit to cool
for 30 minutes.
