For the sake of clarity, the cooling unit is shown in the following figures without the power
source. However, the power source can remain on the cooling unit when gas purging the
cooler.

Remove the device side panels and
clean the cooler
If a large amount of dust has accumulated:

inside of device with dry, reduced
compressed air.
