Electronic telephone directory
The station names stored in memory are automatically registered into the electronic telephone directory in
alphabetical order You can make a fax or voice call by selecting the desired station name on the display
If you wish to send a fax, insert the documents into the document feeder first
1 Press (DIRECTORY
2 Press the dial key in which the first initial
of the station name is assigned (see the
index table below)

Example: To search a name with the initial "N"
Press (6) repeatedly until the first
station name with initial "N" is
displayed Press Tel until the
desired name is displayed
or
Press [a] or (w) repeatedly until the
desired name is displayed
3 Press (START/SET
eThe unit will start dialing
elf a document is fed into the unit, the unit
will start transmission
