  • Page 7 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 1 — Installing the Back and Left Panels 4 x ST50mm Screws Slot the back panel and left panel in place on the floor of the sauna and secure using the ST 50mm screws.
  • Page 8 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 2 — Installing the Bench Heater 4 x ST18mm Screws Using the ST 18mm screws found in the screw pack, connect the bench heater behind the bench frame as shown in the diagram.
  • Page 9 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 3 — Installing the Bench Front Panel Once the heater is screwed into place on the back of the bench panel, fit it onto the sauna floor and continue to connect the wires as shown in the next step.

  • Page 11 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 5 — Installing the Right Panel 4 x ST50mm Screws Repeating step 1, slot the right panel in place and secure with the ST 50mm screws.

  • Page 13 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 7 — Installing the Back Rest 2 x ST70mm Screws Place the back rest onto the bench and secure with the ST 70mm screws. Please note to remove the protective film from the heaters before covering with the back rest. Cover the screws with the screw caps to conceal the screw.

They must screw onto the top and bottom of the heater as shown in the diagram. Then hook the heater cover onto the brackets.
  • Page 16 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 10 — Installing the Front Panels Slide and slot the front panels onto the glass panels and secure in place using the rubber seals in between the wood and glass.

  • Page 18 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 12 — Installing the Door Cushioning Strip Remove the paper covering to reveal the sticky side of the strip and place on the top, left and right of the door frame to allow a cushioning when the glass door is installed.

  • Page 20 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/10/2023 Step 14 — Installing the Door Handles Taking the door handle screws and nuts apart, remove the thread from the cylinder and tighten the nut within the cylinder to the wooden handle with the larger allen key. Secure with the smaller allen key.

Twice = 90%. Three times = 80%. Four times = 70% and five times = Off. Button 3(Lights) Press to cycle through the coloured lights.

Regulate (if preferred) the temperature of sauna before session - Pre-heat time 15-30 minutes (from room temperature 20c) Never touch the heater panels whilst in operation, possible burning may occur. Recommended time of use is a maximum of 15 mins initially.
