  • Page 6 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 1 — Installing the back and side panel (Sauna) The panel connection brackets are shown (above). Lift panels and locate the interlocking connection brackets and push the panel down to secure into position. Locate both panels onto the wooden side of the base.
  • Page 7 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 2 — Installing the bench Locate the bench front and place between the two wooden struts on the side panel to secure it into position. Locate the bench side and place between the wooden struts on the back panel to secure into position.
  • Page 8 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 2 — Installing the bench continued 6 x 50mm Screws On the inner side of the bench, locate the 50mm screws and secure the bench pieces to the floor and each other. Take the bench topper and locate into position on the secured bench supports.

  • Page 10 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 4 — Installing the Shower Back Panel Locate the metal connecting frame and position against the back panel and connect.. The cutout on the framework piece must be at the top. Locate the back panel for the shower and place onto the back of the tray and insert into the framework.
  • Page 11 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 5 — Installing the Sauna/Shower Partition 4 x 12mm Screws Screw into the pre-made holes in the central frame connection piece to secure all panels into position. Locate the central partition panel and place in the middle of the tray to separate the shower and sauna sections and push it into the framework.
  • Page 12 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 6 — Installing the Seal and Corner Post Locate the seal and insert between the glass back panel and the middle framework piece from the rear of the sauna/shower. Locate the right back corner post and connect to the framework.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 7 — Installing the Side Panel 4 x 12mm Screws Locate the right side panel and push into the corner framework. Once inserted screw into the pre-made holes (from the rear) in the corner frame connection piece to secure the panel into position.
  • Page 14 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 8 — Installing the Shower Front Framework 8 x 12mm Screws Locate the shower front framework and place onto the tray and connecting to the right side panel and central partition panel. Once inserted screw into the pre-made holes (from inside) to secure the panel into position.
  • Page 15 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 9 — Installing the Partition Door To install the door partition, locate the top door wheels into the middle partition framework. The bottom door wheels are spring loaded, push the spring button down to lock the wheels into the lower framework channel and release.
  • Page 16 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 10 — Installing the Roof and Shower Corner Finishing Post Lift the roof and place into position. Do not screw anything yet. Locate the back corner finishing post and connect to the rear corner of the shower.
  • Page 17 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 11 — Installing the Sauna Fixed Glass Panel Lift the roof slightly and position the sauna fixed glass panel on the tray. Locate all holes around the glass and align with the holes located in the roof, tray and front left corner.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 12 — Installing the Doors Unscrew bolts and separate Side View Lift the door into position and then fix the door into the hinges. To realign Front View the door, loosen the bolts slightly, reposition and then retighten. Repeat this process until alignment is perfect.
  • Page 19 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 13 — Installing the Door Handles and Riser Rail Locate the riser rail and remove the top and bottom sections by sliding them up or down respectively. Screw the riser rail to the back panel and replace the top and bottom sections.
  • Page 20 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 14 — Steam Generator Column Installation 4 x 12mm Screws Locate the steam generator and electric box panel and connect to the rear of the shower on the right rear corner using ST 12 screws.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 15 — Roof Installation 12 x 25mm Screws Screw the roof down on the Sauna side only. Screw down into the wooden panels to secure into position. Locate the cable tidy’s and tidy up the wiring on top of the roof, securing it into position using the screws provided.
  • Page 22 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 31/01/2022 Step 16 — Stool Assembly Using the Allen key provided, screw the legs to the stools and place in the shower. remove wooden securing struts, lift out floor heating panel (carefully) and remove clear polyethylene bag. Replace heating panel.

Button 2 (Time/Temp) Press to display temp, then cycle through desired temperature setting (max 60°C) using up and down arrows (Buttons 5/11).

Pressing once will put the heaters on at 100%. Twice = 90%. Three times = 80%. Four times = 70% and five times = Off.

Regulate the temperature of sauna or steam before session - Pre-heat time 15-30 minutes (from room temperature 20c) Never touch the heater panels whilst in operation, possible burning may occur. Recommended time of use 15-20 minutes per session Stay hydrated during each sauna/steam shower session.
