    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 1 — Connecting the floor 5 x 25mm Screws Locate the two floor pieces, turn upside down and push together. Use 5 x ST25 Screws and secure the floor together.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 2 — Connecting the floor frame Locate the metal floor frame and position around the 10 x 25mm Screws floor. The front corners will meet flush at a 45° angle. Once in position screw the floor frame in position using ST25 Screws.

Place the panel with the heaters into position in the wooden securing uprights in each side panel.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 9 — Installing chair base 8 x 25mm Screws Locate the chair base board and place in position. Feed all wires up and through and screw the base board down using 8 ST40 Screws.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 10 — Assembling the seats (x2) 20 x 40mm Screws Locate the chair back and place into position. Screw the chair back to the base using 2 ST40 Screws. Position the arm rests and screw in position, using 2 ST40 Screws connecting to the base and 2 for the arm.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 11 — Installing seats Firmly push all rubber hoses together and connect all wires together. 20 x 40mm Screws Screw the seat to the seat base When positioning using 4 ST40 screws. Do this for the chairs, ensure both chairs.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 12 — Glass Panel Install Locate the metal framework and push onto the side panel and slide the side glass panel in. Locate the 90° corner metal framework and push onto the glass panel and slide the front glass panel in. Locate the ribbed seal and secure the glass panels in position along all vertical and horizontal joints.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 13 — Roof Install Lift the roof and place on top on the sauna. Once in position, secure the glass in position by pushing the ribbed seal into all horizontal connections along the glass panels and roof. Screw the roof down using ST60 Screws.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 14 — Front Heaters Install Connect the heater hanging brackets to the front fixed glass panel. Hang the heaters onto the brackets. Connect the heater power at the base.
  • Page 21 www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 15 — Installing the door, hinge and handle Front View Unscrew bolts and separate Side View Locate the hinges and dis-assemble before attaching to the fixed glass panel. To hang the door, place the door between the separated hinge and reconnect. If the door is not aligned perfectly.

    www.insigniashowers.com Last Modified: 03/03/2022 Step 16 — Connecting the seals Push the magnetic seals onto the door and the fixed glass panel so they connect as shown when the door is shut. Push the seal onto the glass so the flap overlaps the gap and touches the door.

Pressing once will put the heaters on at 100%. Twice = 90%. Three times = 80%. Four times = 70% and five times = Off. Button 3(Lights) Press to cycle through the coloured lights.

Regulate the temperature of sauna before session - Pre-heat time 15-30 minutes (from room temperature 20c) Never touch the heater panels whilst in operation, possible burning may occur. Recommended time of use 15-20 minutes per session Stay hydrated during each Sauna session.
