14. Troubleshooting

Problem
Programs do not
start after the
loading door is
closed.
Programme cannot
be started or
selected.
Water inside the
product.
The product does
not take water in.
The product does
not drain water.
Product vibrates or
makes noise.
There is water
leaking from the
bottom of the
product.
Product stopped
shortly after the
programme started.
Product directly
drains the water it
takes in.
No water can be
seen in the product
during washing.

Cause
Start / Pause / Cancel button is
not pressed.
It may be difficult to close
the loading door in case of
excessive loading.
The product has switched to
self protection mode due to a
supply problem (line voltage,
water pressure, etc.).
Some water has remained in the
product due to the quality control
processes in the production.
Tap is turned off.
Water inlet hose is bent.
Water inlet filter is clogged.
Loading door is not closed.
Water drain hose is clogged or
twisted.
Pump filter is clogged.
Product is standing
unbalanced.
A hard substance has entered
into the pump filter.
Transportation safety bolts are
not removed.
Laundry quantity in the
product is too little.
Excessive laundry is loaded in
the product.
Product is leaning on a rigid
item.
Water drain hose is clogged or
twisted.
Pump filter is clogged.
Machine has stopped
temporarily due to low voltage.
Draining hose is not at
adequate height.
Water is inside the invisible
part of the product.
Solution
• Press Start / Pause / Cancel button.
• Reduce the amount of laundry and make
sure that the loading door is closed
properly.
• The programme is cancelled when the
product is turned off and on again. Press
and hold On / Off button for 3 seconds.
• This is not a failure; water is not harmful
to the product.
• Turn on the taps.
• Flatten the hose.
• Clean the filter.
• Close the door.
• Clean or flatten the hose.
• Clean the pump filter.
• Stable the product by adjusting the feet.
• Clean the pump filter.
• Remove the transportation safety bolts.
• Add more laundry to the product.
• Take out some of the laundry from the
product or distribute the load by hand to
balance it homogeneously in the product.
• Make sure that the product is not leaning
on anything.
• Clean or flatten the hose.
• Clean the pump filter.
• Product will resume running when the
voltage restores to the normal level.
• Connect the water draining hose as
described in the user manual.
• This is not a failure.
