Configuring and using programmable keys
Your Mitel MiVoice 6930 IP phone has 12 programmable, multi-function, self-labeling keys allowing you
to program and use up to 72 functions.

If Mitel M695 Programmable Key Modules (PKMs) are attached to the phone, you can configure up

to an additional 28 keys on each PKM.

If enabled by your System Administrator, you can program or edit the following functions on the program-
mable keys by pressing and holding the respective programmable key for the configured duration:
Speed Call

Call Forward Always

Mobile Line

Account Code Non Verified

Account Code Verified

: Programming keys using the press-and-hold method is dependent on your Class of Service

LED Indicator
If a programmable key or a M695 PKM key is configured as a line key, the LED beside the key indicates
the line status. The LED turns ON (solid red) when the line is active, turns OFF when the line is idle, and
blinks (blinking red) when the line is ringing.
