connection is not yet established.
(When the machine is turned on for
subsequent times, when the
connection with the app is lost, etc.)

The machine status differs
depending on the color of the "Start/
Stop" button LED.
• If the "Start/Stop" button LED
lights steadily in orange, the
machine is in the Needle/thread
exchange mode. Hold down the
Accept button to exit the Needle/
thread exchange mode.
• If the "Start/Stop" button LED is
off, the machine is ready to set the
embroidery carriage to the initial
position, or for a "Trial run". Follow
the instructions in the app.
• If the "Start/Stop" button LED
lights steadily in red, a machine
error, such as a broken thread,
has occurred and needs to be
resolved. Follow the instructions
in the app to resolve the
corresponding error, and then
press the Accept button.

If communication error occurs

If communication error between the mobile device and the
machine occurs, confirm the following conditions to solve the
problem,
• Is the machine being turned on?
 Make sure the machine is turned on.
• Is distance between the machine and your mobile device
too far?
 Make sure the machine and your mobile device are
close enough to communicate.
• Does any device that emit radio waves such as a
microwave oven interfere with the communication?
 Make sure no devices that emit radio waves are
located nearby.
• Does the mobile device's Bluetooth setting turn on?
 Check the setting of the mobile device.
If the error between the mobile device and the machine that is
being paired with the app persists, unpair once and pair again.

Tap the machine being paired to open the machine's

Open the mobile device's Bluetooth setting.

Delete the connection information of the machine to
unpair with the machine.

In the Needle/thread exchange
mode or the bobbin is being wound.
• In the Needle/thread exchange
mode, the Accept button LED blinks.
In this mode, nothing happens when
this button is pressed.
• If this button is pressed while the
bobbin is being wound, bobbin
winding stops.

• To cancel this ready state without
winding the bobbin, move the
bobbin winder shaft toward the
front of the machine.
An error has occurred.
Follow the instructions in the app to
resolve the issue. You can check the
details from the
icon on the top
left of the home screen.
The machine software is being
updated.
Since pattern data has not yet been
received, nothing happens when this
button is pressed.
