 While embroidering
Symptom, Cause/Solution
Machine does not operate.
"Start/Stop" button was not pressed.
The bobbin winder shaft is pushed to the rear.
("Start/Stop" button LED blinks in orange)
• To start embroidering, move the bobbin winder
shaft toward the front of the machine.
There is no pattern transferred from the app.
The machine is in the Needle/thread exchange
mode.
Needle breaks.
Needle is installed incorrectly.
Needle clamp screw is not tightened.
Needle is turned or bent.
Using improper needle or thread for the selected
fabric.
There are scratches around the opening in the
needle plate.
There are scratches near the hole in the presser
foot.
Upper threading is incorrect.
Upper thread tension is too tight.
Bobbin is set incorrectly.
Bobbin thread is incorrectly wound.
A bobbin designed specifically for this machine is
not used.
There are scratches on the bobbin case.
Fabric is too thick.
• Use fabrics with a thickness of less than 2 mm
(approx. 1/16 inch).
Stabilizer is not attached to fabric being
embroidered.
Upper thread breaks.
The machine is not threaded correctly (wrong
spool cap is used, spool cap is loose, thread was
not passed through the needle bar thread guide,
etc.).
Knotted or tangled thread is being used.
Thread is tangled.
Upper thread tension is too tight.
Needle is installed incorrectly.
Needle is turned, bent or the point is dull.
Using improper needle or thread for the selected
fabric.
There are scratches around the opening in the
needle plate.
