System Components

The system consists of four main components: compressor, condenser,
evaporator, and In-cab control panel (HMI).

Compressor(s)

All B-Series units are battery driven, and therefore there is no need for a
compressor in the engine department. Electric standby models however,
have an electric motor that operates a reciprocating compressor located
inside the condenser.

Condenser

The condenser is located on the roof of the vehicle or on the front of the
cargo box. The cover can easily be removed to access the fuses or service
the unit.
