3. DISPLAY PANEL SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Note
The default temperature setting for the
freezer compartment is 0°F (-18°C).
3.6 Vacation Mode
Press the MENU button until the vacation symbol
lights up, then press the SELECT button to enable
the function. When the Vacation Mode function is
enabled, the fridge temperature will be set at 62°F
(17°C) and the freezer temperature at 0°F (-18°C)
automatically. When Vacation Mode is selected,
the system will operate continuously. To deactivate
Vacation Mode, press the MENU button until the
vacation symbol lights up, then press SELECT.
Note
Do not store food in the fresh food
compartment when Vacation Mode is
enabled.
3.7 Sabbath Mode
Press the MENU button until the Sabbath Mode
symbol lights up, then press the SELECT button
to enable the function. When the Sabbath Mode
function is enabled, all lights, buzzers and display
panels will be switched off. To deactivate Sabbath
Mode, press the MENU button until the Sabbath
Mode symbol lights up, then press SELECT.
3.8 Eco Mode
Press the MENU button until the Eco Mode symbol
lights up, then press the SELECT button to enable the
function. When the Eco Mode function is enabled,
the fridge temperature will be set at 46 °F (8 °C) and
the freezer temperature at 5 °F (-15 °C) automatically.
To deactivate Eco Mode, press the MENU button until
the Eco symbol lights up, then press SELECT.
3.9 Water Dispenser (if applicable)
Press the MENU button until the water dispenser
symbol lights up, then press the SELECT button to
enable the function. When the water dispensing
function is enabled, fresh water can be dispensed
from the dispenser fitted on the internal wall.
3.10 Ice Making (if applicable)
Press the MENU button until the ice making symbol
lights up, then press the SELECT button to enable the
function. When the ice making function is enabled,
the ice maker will operate automatically and ice
cubes will accumulate in the ice tray. Ice production
is 3.9 lbs/24 hrs.
Note
Prepare the water filter for use before
using the ice maker. After connecting
the refrigerator to a water source or after
replacing the water filter, fill and discard two
full containers of ice.
3.11 Water filter replacement (if
applicable)
The water filter symbol flashes and beeps to advise
the user to replace the water filter. After replacement
is complete, press and hold the SELECT button for
5 seconds to reset. The set replacement time is 130
days.
3.12 Celsius and Fahrenheit selection
To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, press
the MENU button until the Celsius and Fahrenheit
selection symbol lights up. Press the SELECT button
to confirm your choice.
