Device Not Pairing?

Many Bluetooth-enabled devices, such as speakers, remember the most recently paired source (music, smartphone, etc.) and automatically reconnect when turned on. This is convenient but can prevent you from connecting to a new source. If you cannot pair your speaker, you may need to disconnect it from its previous source.

Disconnect Your Device

Press and hold until the speaker says, "Searching." The speaker disconnects the current Bluetooth connection and starts searching for another Bluetooth device.

Charge Your Device

Charge Your Device

  1. Set the A/B switch for USB Port charging your device: Select A for 5V/1A Apple devices or B for other 5V/1A devices.
  2. Use a USB cable (not included) to connect your device to the speaker's USB port.

Note: Consult your device's specifications before using the speaker's charging function.

Use AUX IN

For audio devices without Bluetooth functionality, use an audio cable (not included) to connect it to your speaker's AUX IN jack. The Bluetooth indicator lights red and then turns off.
Use AUX IN
Note:

  • Connecting a device to both the AUX IN port and the USB port may produce interference noise. Disconnect one of the cables to avoid this noise.
  • Bluetooth functionality is automatically deactivated when AUX IN is connected.
  • When AUX IN is connected, the speaker controls only the volume. Use the controls on your device to control music playback.

Care and Caution

  • Do not operate the speaker if it has been damaged
  • Do not place heavy objects on top of the speaker.
  • Place the speaker on a flat surface. To avoid electromagnetic interference, do not place the speaker on top of a TV or other electrical appliance.
