Put the docomo nano UIM card with its IC
(gold) side turned down in the docomo
nano UIM card slot (3)
z Check the notch orientation. Also, do not put the
card upside down or with the wrong side up. The
docomo nano UIM card slot cover may be damaged.

Close the docomo nano UIM card slot
cover (4) and slide locked (5)
z Slide the cover until it clicks.
