Installation
Mount Auto Flush Control Box
1.
Locate the auto flush control box near the spray
area. If your installation requires more tubing (4)
than supplied, ensure that it is solvent compatible.
2.
Mark the wall at a convenient height for the opera-
tor, using the mounting holes on the back of the
control box as a template. See F
the box is level.
3.
Drill 1/4 in. (6 mm) diameter mounting holes.
Secure with bolts of sufficient length.

Ground Control Box

Attach a ground wire (Y) to the ground clamp (6) on
the bottom of the control box. Connect the other
end of the ground wire to a true earth ground.

auto flush control box (C) and solvent pump (D).
Control box air inlet pressure must not exceed
100 psi (0.7 MPa, 7 bar).
Install the solvent flush pump in your solvent supply
container. F

WARNING
Use pipe sealant on all pipe threads. Tighten fit-
tings fully.
Flush fluid system. Relieve entire system pressure
(see proportioner operation manual).
Remove solvent purge valves from mix manifold.
Install dispense valves (2) in their place. See F
