Page.3 We wish you happy heating with the purchase of this ThermoCet recessed gas fireplace. Please read these instructions thoroughly before installing and using the fireplace. Keep these instructions care- fully. Always state model and serial number in the event of a breakdown.
Page.4 Warning If the pilot light goes out, you must wait at least 5 minutes before lighting the appliance again. 2.2 Operation of thermostat The modulating thermostat ensures that the temperature selected with the thermostat knob (A) is precisely maintained. If you set the thermostat knob (A), the burner will start burning at full power first of all, but will then start to burn lower and find a stable setting.

Page.6 Loosen 2 screws on the left-hand side to open the glass window. Open the glass window all the way to the right and then lift the window upwards out of the hinges (see page 9 figure 1). Remove decorative log set and burner. Dismantle burner unit.
Page.7 5. Positioning of ornamental log set (see page 11) Position the ornamental log set exactly as shown in the illustration. Place the holes in the back logs of the set over the pins in the bearing edge (back of combustion chamber) and subsequently lay the 2 rectangular logs on the burner.

Page.13 Important tips for heating with gas-fired or wood-fired stoves and fireplaces. Prevent discolouration of walls and ceilings! There are always dust particles in the air in every living space, even if it is regularly vacuumed! These particles are clearly vis i- ble in rays of sunlight and they will not bother you as long as the concentration of particles in the air remains low.
This is also the date of inception of the guarantee. The guarantee lapses if changes have been made to the appliance without the advance knowledge and written permission of Helex / Thermocet, and when an appliance has been shipped without sound packaging and transport protection.
