2. Install the top mounting plate to the frame-mount
bracket using 4 bolts (16 x 60 mm) that you temporarily
used in the previous setup procedure, 1 bolt (14 x 60
mm), 4 bolts (14 x 70 mm), 10 flat washers (14 mm),
and 5 nuts (14 mm) as shown in
3. Torque the fasteners as follows:
•
Bolt (16 x 60 mm): 220 to 260 N∙m (160 to 190
ft-lb)
•
Bolt (14 x 60 mm): 135 to 165 N∙m (100 to 120
ft-lb)
•
Bolt (14 x 70 mm), flat washer (14 mm), and nut
(14 mm): 135 to 165 N∙m (100 to 120 ft-lb)
Important: Ensure that there is full contact
between all the parts after you torque the fasteners.

Installing the Bolt Stops
Install the 2 bolts (14 x 40 mm), 2 jam nuts (14 mm), 2 bolts
(16 x 70 mm), 2 jam nuts (16 mm), and 2 locknuts (16 mm)
into the frame-mount bracket from the inboard side as shown
in
Figure
10.
