Installing the Frame-Mount Bracket
Note: There are 2 types of frame-mount brackets, a bracket
for the front, left track and the rear, right track; and the other
bracket for the front, right track and the rear, left track.
Important: You will need 2 people to perform this
procedure.
1. Loosely install the top mounting plate to the hub with
4 bolts (14 x 60 mm) as shown in
Note: Remove the paint from the bottom of the top
mounting plate if necessary.
Note: Do not torque the bolts.

2. Loosely install the frame-mount bracket onto the hub
using a bolt (14 x 70 mm) and a nut (14 mm) through
the top mounting frame and 2 bolts (14 x 55 mm) and
2 bolts (14 x 30 mm) up through the bottom kingpin as
shown in
Figure
7.
Note: Remove the paint from the top surface of the
frame-mount bracket if necessary (see the black area on
the top surface of the bracket as shown in
Note: Use a floor jack to hold the frame-mount
bracket in place while you install it.
