Speed -:
Manual mode, when machine in working, we can press the key to reduce the speed,
adjust the position of the different grades, the general choice of middle gear position is
more appropriate.
Please check the machine , in the bottom of the middle cover , you can find one can be
catch with hands. lift up one side without the movement wheel reach to 45 concerns , then
move to the place you want .
1.For the waist and hip : stand on the machine, spare apart the legs , let
the same as the shoulder wide.
2.For the thigh : stand one the machine, Let the knee bending.
3.For the thigh and calf : sit in the chair , put the foot on the machine, let
them vibration.
4.Just for Calf : sit floor , let the calf on the machine , also can be lean
back.
5. For the shoulder joint : put the hands on the machine , let them distant
, go down your knee .
These all be normal posture , you can find others posture . Each posture
will be benefit different body .
