Quick Assembly Instructions

Install Casters

Insert the casters into the
caster socket and push until
completely seated.
Install Side Shelf
Brackets
(4) 1/4-20 x 3/4" Hex Head Bolts "A"
(4) 1/4" lock washers "B"
*per side
Install Side Shelves
(4) 10-24 x 1 Carriage Bolts "D"
(4) #10 lock washers "F"
(4) #10 Hex Nuts "E"
*per side

1/4 - 20 x 3/4" Bolt 1/4"
Lock washer

#10-24 Hex Nut
T-3

Hex nut

Tank Installation
CONNECT
Clockwise
DISCONNECT,
Counter Clockwise
H
1/4-20 x 3/4" Phillips Head Screw
Install Handle
Bracket and Handle
Attach the brackets to the lid
using (4) 10-24 X 1/2 Carriage
Bolts "G", (4) #10 lock washers
"F" and (4) #10-24 hex nuts "E".
Do not fully tighten.
Place tube handle between
handle brackets and secure with
(2) 1/4-20 X 3/4" Round Head
Phillips screw "H" and (2) 1/4"
lock washers "B". Tighten. Now
tighten Carriage bolts to lid.
