  • Page 13 GRILLING The infra-red heating element is switched on. The heat is diffused by radiation. Use with the oven door closed and the temperature knob between 50° and 250°C for a maximum of 15 minutes. Note: It is recommended that you do not grill for longer than 30 minutes at any one time.
  • Page 14 VENTILATED GRILL COOKING The infra-red ray grill and the fan are on. The heat is mainly diffused by radiation and the fan then distributes it throughout the oven. The temperature must be set between 50° and 175 °C for max 30 minutes. It is necessary to preheat the oven for about 5 minutes. Use with the oven door closed.

Failure to observe this rule will invalidate the warranty. – The electrical mains outlet, if located behind the cooker, must not be higher than 18 cm above the floor level.

    9 - INSTALLATION This cooker has class “2/1” overheating protection so that it can be installed next to a cabinet. If the cooker is installed adjacent to furniture which is higher than the gas hob cooktop, a gap of at least 50 mm must be left between the side of the cooker and the furniture. The furniture walls adjacent to the cooker must be made of material resistant to heat.
