Top Rail Height Adjustment:

The top rail features 6 height positions and is designed to hold the full weight of a combine header. The top rail is made
of heavy wall square tubing that can weigh up to 363 kg (800 lbs), depending on your wagon model. Adjusting the
height of the top rail can be done safely and easily with power equipment (like a tractor with a front loader) and a helper.
• On the top rail side of the wagon, move the front
loader up to the top rail and lift the loader bucket
till you've taken pressure off of the adjustment
assembly draw pins.
• Standing clear of the top rail, have your helper
remove the draw pin from the bottom of the
adjustment assembly at each end of the wagon,
(remove the snap pin then carefully pull the draw pin
out)

• Using the front loader, carefully raise or lower the
top rail to the position required.
• Standing clear of the top rail, have your helper align
the adjustment assembly and carefully replace the
draw pins at each end.
• Secure draw pins in place with the snap pins.
Top rail is extremely heavy,
use power equipment to
raise or lower rail safely.

Do not stand under or directly in front
of the top rail while it is being ad-
justed, potential collision exists if the
rail drops suddenly.
