Indicates the reference format

This field is read-only when the card is using
one of the following as the reference source:
• the REF 1 BNC on the openGear frame
• the REF 2 BNC on the openGear frame
• the REF IN BNC on the rear module

internal reference (selected or because a valid
reference source on the frame or the local
reference is unavailable), or is using an AES
source or Word Clock for the reference source
