Moisture migration tracking along steel joist chan-
nels inside ceiling of a single family home where
a plumbing line had ruptured.
Water from plumbing leak was found to have mi-
grated farther than originally anticipated by the
contractor during remediation techniques of cutting
back carpet and installing dehumidifiers.
