1 General

1.1 Information about the manual
The purpose of the Operating Manual is to provide the user with all necessary
information to be able to install the pyrometer and any necessary accessories�
Before starting installation, be sure to read and understand this entire manual, in
particular the chapter on safety! The instructions contained in this manual, espe-
cially those concerning safety, as well as site specific regulations governing UV ra-
diation must be complied with at all times� It is imperative to comply with the safety
instructions and the accident protection regulations valid for the area of application!
